She has worked in hospitals across the NSW central coast as well as with Eastern Health in Melbourne. She had hospital experience in a wide variety of specialties including – obstetrics/gynaecology, paediatrics, emergency and geriatrics. Shikha has been part of the North Mitcham Clinic team since 2017. "</p>  <p>She loves seeing children, women’s health and mental health. She also has a passion for lifestyle medicine and is currently undertaking further education towards Board Certification with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Shikha is also SCOPE certified in obesity management and is passionate about helping people achieve good health and fighting weight stigma. Shikha is also a new mum which keeps her pretty busy outside of work! But she makes sure to take time to practice what she preaches and enjoys staying active with yoga/group fitness classes. She also enjoys experimenting with plant based cooking and trying Melbourne’s hip vegan restaurants.
