General Practitioner, Female
Originally from Pakistan, I lived my whole life in Karachi, the biggest and busiest city in the country. I graduated from Dow Medical College, affiliated with University of Karachi in 2006. After finishing my internship and 2 additional hospital years, I moved to Townsville, Australia in 2009. I initially started off at the Townsville General Hospital and stayed on for a couple of years before moving on to General Practice and so far I am really enjoying it. My special interests are Women’s health, Travel medicine and General Medicine problems. I also like to do a bit of everything else. In my spare time, I like to read fiction, cook really spicy food and ponder over the meaning of life.
