Dr Cherine Habib, Clinical Psychologist
Dr Cherine Habib is a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience having worked across general hospital, mental health (inpatient and outpatient), public, private, government and academic settings. He has held senior roles, providing clinical leadership, expert advice, supervision and consultation. In addition to being a registered psychologist and holding endorsement in the area of clinical psychology by the Psychology Board of Australia, he has also trained in family therapy and couple therapy. Dr Habib draws upon a range of evidenced-based assessment and treatment for complex mental health disorders such as ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder. In addition, he also specialises in treating relationship difficulties, work related stress, life transitions, grief and loss, and adjustment to personal challenges. Dr Habib sees individuals (adults, youth), couples (as defined by you), parents and families (as defined by you). He also offers professional supervision to registered psychologists (and other professions as appropriate).
