We are currently seeking an experienced chef specializing in Indian cuisine to join our team. This position is suited for candidates who enjoy bulk cooking.
Your Role involves-
• Cooking and Portioning Meals
• Ordering and stock control
• Recipe DevelopmentRoster development
Key attributes-
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience as a Chef in Indian Cuisine
• Previous bulk cooking experience is essential.
• Ability to store food at controlled temperature
• certificate III in commercial cookery desirable
• Our team is hands on and the chefs will be expected to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area.
• Sound understanding of Food Processing, Manufacturing environments and HACCP.
• Ensure all products are finished to the product specifications.
• Safety is paramount in our Company and we expect that you will follow suit, ensuring safe work practices, including food handling and storage procedures, food hygiene, infection control and cleanliness are always adhered to.
