At Pearson Chambers Conveyancing, our costs are straightforward and transparent, falling into two main categories: Fixed Professional legal fees for standard matters, and Disbursements, which are additional to the Professional Fees.
Our Professional Fees are set at a competitive rate of $800+GST. This covers the core legal services we provide during the conveyancing process.
In addition to the Professional Fees, we have Disbursements for specific services:
