We are a Punjabi indian family, myself my husband and a year old daughter.
I am having a medical condition of muscular dystrophy, thus I am not quite mobile thus because of my health I can't take care of my daughter..and my husband works he is the only earning person in the house. 
So we need a support worker kind of someone who can take care of my daughter like her massage,then shower, then to cook her food and feed her also make her learn how to eat by herself. Then feeding her the bottle and putting her to sleep. (This is just the very small portion of her routine and not limited to this). 
Also she wakes up in the nights and gets unsettled so you have to sit near her cot and pat her, finally when she goes back to sleep you can also sleep in the same room having bed for the carer.
Her whole routine can be discussed once we meet.
We need a lady who can be of any age group but the one who can speak english, Hindi or Punjabi ( not compulsory) at the same time who can put good learning and values to my daughter (she is a quick learner).
