Dr Rajiv Subramanian Haematologist Melbourne
Dr Rajiv Subramanian is an Indian Haematologist at Melbourne Pathology in Collingwood, Melbourne. He can speak Hindi and English Languages.
A graduate from Pondicherry University, India in 2003, Dr Subramanian was awarded a Gold Medal for standing first in pathology in his MD examinations in 2007.
He underwent training in clinical and laboratory haematology at Christian Medical College, Vellore, India before relocating to Australia in 2010.
Dr Subramanian held appointments as Haematology registrar at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, ARCBS and Flinders Medical Centre, South Australia between 2010 and 2013 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2013.
He then joined Melbourne Pathology as a Haematologist in early 2014. He has special interest in morphological diagnosis and flow cytometry, and is a member of Haematology Society of Australia and New Zealand (HSANZ) and the Australasian Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ASTH).
