Comprising of a unique series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, each class lasts 90-minutes and is performed in a heated room at 39 degrees celsius.

The warm room encourages greater flexibility, reduces the chance of injury and muscle strain and cleanses and detoxifies the body at the same time.
