1. This competition is organised by The Malayalee Association of Victoria (MAV). The competition will open at 9am AEST Monday 19 January 2015 and ends on Friday 13 February 2015 at 12pm AEST (Competition Period). Taking part in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, including consenting to MAV using the information provided for marketing and research purposes.
2. The prize is an iPad mini 16GB with Wi-Fi valued at $299. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. The winner will be announced prior to the MAV Liberty Financial Seminar on Wednesday 15 April at Salvation Army Hall, 55 James Street Dandenong, Melbourne. If the Winner is not present, they will be notified by telephone. The winner will be selected at random from all correct winner prediction entries received during the Competition Period. The judge’s decision is final and there cannot be any claim made during or after the Competition Period.
3. To be eligible, you must be an Australian resident over the age of 18 years and must (1) complete the short form providing contact details located at www.mavaustralia.com.au/worldcup2015 and (2) predict the correct ICC Cricket World Cup Winner.
4. The competition makes the assumption that all entrants participate on the basis of fair play. In the event that a participant is deemed to be entering the competition in an unfair way or not competing in good faith then MAV, at their sole discretion, may exclude that entrant from the draw.
5. In the event of any errors that could arise in the competition that compromise the fairness or the integrity of the competition MAV reserves the right to make any changes it sees appropriate to remedy the error. MAV’s decision is final and there cannot be any claim made in respect of it.
6. MAV is not liable for any claims or damages arising out of the use of the prize once awarded and does not make any representations nor provide any warranties in respect of the prize.
