Dr Uprety completed his medical degree in Kathmandu, Nepal, before completing a Masters in Health Service Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.

After this, he went on to work as both a resident and a registrar in Campbelltown Public Hospital NSW for a number of years, and additionally worked as an after-hours GP in several NSW locations. He has recently completed a Diploma in Child Health, and looks forward to pursuing a career in General Practice at Parkes.

In his spare time, Neeraj enjoys playing Tennis, travelling, and music.
