Since graduation in 2005, Win has had wide range of hospital and general practice experience for more than 10 years. He spent about 3 years working as a hospital doctor in Gippsland (Traralgon) and Monash Health. Then he went into general practice training in Gippsland (Sale, Wonthaggi and Lang Lang). After receiving fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2012, he worked as a full-time GP in Lang Lang until joining Knox Medical Centre in 2016. Now he works full-time at Knox Medical Centre. In addition to his clinical work, he is regularly involved in academic activities with RACGP , AMC (Australian Medical Council) and AGPT( Australian GP Training). He is a current examiner with RACGP and AMC.
