Please Help My Hips in Sydney, 18th November 2017

Have you had the thought “wow, my hips are so tight”? Or accepted that tight hamstrings are a normal part of life?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, then this workshop is for you!

We’ve designed a special class with Christian to give hope. Christian will use massage balls for targeted myofascial release and take you through poses that are specifically target hip and hamstring mobility. You’ll feel and experience a sense of release and walk away inspired to keep up the work!

Open hips and Hamstrings. Legs that feel better and move freely. Learning self-massage techniques.

As you move to the beat of one of Christian’s slick choreographed playlists, you’ll be guided with knowledge Christian has learned from some of today’s modern yoga greats – including Shiva Rea and Maty Ezraty.

Christian is dedicated to growing his personal yoga practice to advance his students too. Outside of yoga, he trains in Crossfit and Gymnastics, and knows firsthand how to help those who come to class tight and stiff.

A teacher who guides with passion, Christian has a firm belief that anyone can bring the freedom of movement back to their body with focus, time and dedication.
