Yogeeta is an experienced clinical psychologist having worked in the field for 16 years. Yogeeta has worked with adults, older adults, children and families. She has extensive experience in working with people who have faced difficulties with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and drug and alcohol issues. Yogeeta also has experience in working with people who have self-esteem, relationship and general adjustment to life transition issues.

Yogeeta has conducted research in depression and anxiety and has developed a group treatment manual for depression and anxiety with older adults. Yogeeta has experience in conducting assessments, individual therapy and group therapy. She has worked in private practice for the past twelve years in addition to a part-time job in a public hospital setting.

Yogeeta uses evidence based therapies and has extensive training in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness based approaches and schema focused therapy.
