Beginners Chakra Yoga Course in Perth, 3rd August 2017

Cam Priyadarshana has created an introductory 7 week Yoga course based on the teachings of internationally renowned Yoga Therapist, Anodea Judith, Ph.D., that utilizes the traditional Tantric Yoga chakra system for an embodied awakening of individual awareness.
Starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head, these seven primary sacred centers of the body, referred to as chakras, govern our psychological properties.
Thought of as wheels of energy, chakras are essentially a blueprint for your own self-care. Yoga practice can be considered the architect that makes that blueprint a reality.
Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it’s important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.
This journey through the chakra system will help you activate, align and balance your physical and spiritual energy.
