In Washington, Donald Trump appoints  Indian-American to key White House position! Indian-American Raj Shah who played a large part in the leading role of the Republic Party, Anti- Clinton campaign has been appointed a key plum role in the Whitehouse by President Elect Donald Trump on Wednesday.

A second generation Indian American, Raj Shah’s parents immigrated to the US from Gujarat, originally from Mumbai where his parents have family origins from Gujarat, originally Raj Shah’s father moved to the US for his studies in the 1970’s and then when he was finished he eventually moved back to India. Once he married back in India, he then moved back to the US with his new bride sometime in the late 1970’s. Initially they lived in Chicago and then eventually relocated to Connecticut where Raj Shah was born and raised.

Shah who is his early thirties has landed himself the appointed position of Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Communication Director and Research Director. His job will entail the implementation of the President elect’s agenda and bring real change to Washington,” Priebus said. The announcement of Shah’s appointment to this key White House position was made by incoming White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus just last week.
