Oktoberfest 2017 in Perth, 14th October 2017

Enjoy a day of live music, steins and plenty of outdoor fun! Elmar’s Oktoberfest is the perfect opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy Germany’s biggest festival in the Swan Valley’s largest Biergarten.

This year we are going BIG! More bars, more entertainment and more FUN!!! Dress up in your finest Lederhosen and Dirndl for plenty of amusement and games, including stein holding, Bratwurst eating, tug-o-war and some new and exciting games this year! The beer will be flowing and BBQ sizzling, with delicious German goodies.

Oktoberfest on Saturday 14th and 21st is an 18+ event only. No ID, No Entry.
Oktoberfest on Sunday 22nd October is an all ages event.

WHAT TO BRING
Picnic blankets, chairs, WA Proof of Age card, Australian Drivers Licence or Passport.

You won’t need to buy a drinking glass for Oktoberfest 2017, with all beverages served in plastic – Polysafe Glass Steins will also be available for purchase with NO refunds offered for this purchase.

FOOD AND DRINK
A range of food options will be available to buy, including everyone’s favourite Pork Shank and German Bratwurst, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks! Spirits are not served at Oktoberfest.

Elmar’s traditional Märzen Oktoberfest Bier has been conditioning since March and will be released just in time for Oktoberfest 2017!

PARKING
Free onsite parking available at the venue for both cars & buses.

Go West will be running two shuttle bus routes – one from Guildford Train Station and the other from Ellenbrook Shops, directly to the venue, and back after the event.

Shuttle Bus tickets are available as an add-on when purchasing event tickets online for $10+bf (one way)

OTHER IMPORTANT BITS
No BYO food (includes snacks) or beverages (only sealed bottled water).

No pets. Alcohol is not permitted outside of licensed areas, including car parks. All bags are subject to a safety & security search upon entry and exit.

No Pass-Outs – this means once you have left the premise, you cannot regain entry back into the venue.

Bars close at 4pm or at Managers discretion. Dress comfortably or in costume, however please ensure clothing is discretionary. For your safety, footwear must be kept on at all times.

NO GLASS OR CERAMIC STEINS ACCEPTED ON ENTRY

Although smoking is permitted at this event, it is allowed only in the designated “smoking area”.

The bar staff have the right to refuse service of alcohol if it appears you are getting a bit messy and carefree. Please accept their decision and have water instead.
