Hello everyone 🙂 !

This is the fundraiser night for Queering the Air! There will be live music, poetry and cabaret !!

Entry = $10 -15-$20 sliding scale, but no-one will be turned away for lack of funds 🙂

***Accessibility***

Hares and Hyenas is a fully wheelchair accessible venue.

There are gender neutral and accessible bathrooms, located at the rear of the venue.

Some acts will be loud and stimulating , but there will be earplugs available
There is a small quiet courtyard at the back of the venue.

Our event is inaccessible to those who need AUSLAN interpreters, due to the financial constraints of our small collective.

We will have a print out of words / lyrics used by artists available at the door for anyone on request.

***Getting there***
Car
There is free parking on Johnston St at the hours of the event. Check parking signs in surrounding streets.

Bus
Buses travel along Lygon Street then Johnston Street. Stop at Brunswick Street and walk back.

Train
Parliament Station,
Then take either the 112 or 96 trams as below or it is about a 20 minute walk from Parliament along Nicholson or Brunswick Streets.

Tram

Number 112 Tram from Collins Street in the city travels along Brunswick Street.

Alight at Johnston Street, turn left down Johnston and we are on the right side half way down.

Number 96 Tram from Bourke Street in the city travels along Nicholson Street

Alight at Johnston Street, turn right and we are on the left side half way down.
