Soul Truths: A Journey Back to Self

Join Laura Chappell Holistic Therapist, Psychologist and Psychic-Medium for a workshop dedicated to supporting women to re-connect to their inner wisdom and guidance.

As women we often spend so much time rushing around, keeping busy, looking after our loved ones and checking off our to do lists.

This means that we don’t always make time for ourselves and we can lose ourselves in the process. This workshop is designed to help you to come back to your centre and re-connect to your soul. When we are able to spend time nurturing ourselves and listening to our inner guidance, we find the answers that we are searching for.

About the Facilitator:

Laura is the Founder of Vision Counselling Mind | Body | Spirit. Laura combines her background in Counselling Psychology and training as a Psychic Medium to deliver personal and spiritual development workshops to women who are interested in enhancing their spiritual connection.

Laura works with women to increase their connection to their intuition and inner guidance, through the merging of human and spiritual psychology.

This workshop is the first of a series of workshops that have been created to bring like-minded women together to nurture one another and to awaken to the whispers of the soul.

Throughout this journey women will be guided to uncover the answers that they are searching for and will be empowered to create a life that is aligned to their soul purpose. Laura creates a safe and nurturing environment where women can share and express their true selves, to explore, ask questions in a space where they will be loved and accepted just as they are. When women come together and speak their soul truth, they undergo a process of healing and transformation that provides them with a greater awareness and connection to their higher self, helping them to become the greatest and truest version of themselves.

This workshop is suitable for beginners, women who are interested in self-development, spiritual development or for those women who are in need of some self-love and healing.
