To secure yourself (and a plus one if you wish) a ticket please follow the instructions below:

**********BEFORE TICKET RELEASE**********
1. All ASOC students should verify their student number (first) and membership (second) on ASOC forms here (http:// forms.asoc.unsw.edu.au/ settings) and sign up for ARC if you haven’t already.
2. You can check that your price tier is correct on the form (http:// forms.asoc.unsw.edu.au/ jassball). If not please contact it@asoc.unsw.edu.au.
3. You may also reserve ONE ticket for a friend. He/She must have an ASOC account, so if they don’t, create one for them at http:// forms.asoc.unsw.edu.au/ login.
4. Enter their ASOC ID (found in user details) into your form and save the preference. This must be done BEFORE tickets start selling (Friday 11th of August 2017 for Early Bird and Friday 18th of August for General)
5. When tickets start selling, saving your form will automatically save a ticket for both you AND your friend. However, you both will need to pay individually (by generating your own payment codes on each of your forms) and fill out your forms (for dietary requirements etc.) separately as well.

DATE: Friday 18th of August

ASOC and ARC PRICE: $105
NON-ASOC, ARC/NON-ARC PRICE: $120

1. A sneaky trick to help you secure your ticket – SAVE the form first and THEN fill it out later for MAXIMUM SPEED (i.e. hit the save button as soon the clock hits the release time)
2. After saving your form, generate a Reference Code for payment. Remember to check if your price tier is correct before paying.
3. Bank transfer to ASOC using the following details:

Details/Description: Your 10-character Reference Code (it’s best to simply copy and paste this)
4. Send treasurer@asoc.unsw.edu.au  your transfer receipt.
