2017 Community Leadership Summit in Melbourne, 2nd August 2017
The people of Cardinia Shire, particularly children and women exposed to and at risk of violence need our most prominent and influential leaders to band together and drive some real change.
Now is the time to leverage on state and national government reforms and:
• role-model our own personal objections to violence against women and children and
• work together to find solutions.
It is time to be bold, be brave, be creative and innovative and to put our ideas of preventing violence into practice – together.
Through our leadership, we will create a strong and resilient community that:
• does not tolerate violence,
• where people feel safe, and
• children can thrive.
