   Recently I had an accident in my home laundry. The hot water tap was leaking and I had no knowledge of it. One fine morning, I noticed water on the tile area nearby the laundry machibne, and immediately shut the tap off. After moving the machine aside, I noticed the wall (bottom portion) was heavily soaked in water and the water also went to the adjacent room (on the other side of laundry wall) damaging the carpet. A wardrobe (fitted to wall)next to the laundry machine (bottom of the nearest side to the machine) absorbed water, and made a big hole. I am afraid some timber (the bottom most) behind the wall would have got damaged. I invite you to come and inspect the area, and quote for fixing the damaged area. The incident was noticed on 9th November. I tried to get the damage repair done through my home insurance, but they declined the claim. I am a retired pensioner, and wish to get this done within a reasonable budget. Please help. I can supply you pictures of the damaged portion, provided you send your email address after reading this inquiry.
