TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
+ Kids 5 years and under permitted free entry (No allocated seating). Patrons under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
+ All orders are deemed final and non-refundable and non-transferable.
+ Please note this is an ALCOHOL-FREE event.
+ Mobile phones must remain on silent at all times.
+ Patrons must occupy the seat specified on their ticket. Tickets must be retained at all times. Single Entry Only. Pass-outs will not be issued. Any tickets that are damaged, defaced or have been purchased from an unauthorised agent will not permit the holder to be admitted to the Venue.
+ Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons.
+ Management reserves the right to manage patron access to the Venue via screening equipment/checks.
+ Management reserves the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing for the following prohibited items (Alcohol, Illegal Substances, Cans/Glass, Musical instruments, Whistles/Horns/Sound Emitting Devices, Unauthorised Signage, Fireworks, Flares, Explosives, Drones, Laser Lights, Chairs/Stools, Scooters/Bicycles, Animals (Guidedogs Exempt), Professional Cameras, Audio Recording Equipment, Video Cameras, Tripods, Other Large Items or Items that in the opinion of Management could cause harm or nuisance).
+ Prams, pushers, bags and other belongings are permitted into the Venue however must be able to fit safely under the patron’s seat without impeding access.
+ Patrons may be liable for prosecution, fined or ejected from the Venue if they;
have entered the venue without prior authorisation; are deemed by management to be displaying disorderly, offensive or unlawful behaviour; use foul or abusive language, or make racial or threatening remarks or gestures; or fail to comply with any requests from management. No ticket refund will be paid to patrons ejected from the Venue.
+ Patrons are admitted to the Venue at their own risk. Management will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property nor for any other loss, damage or injury suffered by any patron, whether in contract, tort or statutory liability to the full extent permitted by law.
+ Patrons are required to comply with directions as per the requests of Management and Security.
+ Management reserves the right to amend any details without notice.
+ The movement of patrons on the Venue site is subject to monitoring by security cameras. Patrons may be filmed/photographed.
