Our physiotherapists treat sports injuries, neck and back conditions, soft tissue injuries, neurological and paediatric conditions. They also provide post surgical rehabilitation, splinting and waterproof casting. We are located in central Nowra, we service the Shoalhaven region on the South Coast of NSW. We also have a women's health unit where our female physio can assist with all incontinence issues.

Acute Injury Management:

This protocol should be used for all ligament and muscle strains and bruises:

• Rest
• Ice
• Compression
• Elevation
• Referral

For the first 48-72 hours the NO HARM protocol should be applied. This includes:

• No heat
• No alcohol
• No running or activity
• No massage
