Bikram Yoga Lynbrook

Bikram Yoga Lynbrook is a warm, inviting studio, full of smiles and a positive energy.

Enjoy practicing in our spacious studio with a state of the art heating system. The temperature and humidity is computer controlled and we use a Refresh System that draws air from the outside, heats it and releases it evenly throughout the room. This allows us to make sure fresh air is constantly available throughout your class.

There are mens and womens changing rooms, both with showers so you are able to wash off after class.

Abundant free lockers are available.

We hire yoga mats and towels and sell bottled water, electrolytes, yoga mats and yoga wear.

All of our teachers are Bikram Certified by Bikram Choudhury himself and have a passion for the yoga and teaching it to beginners as well as the more experienced practitioners.

No hassles parking is abundant, free, untimed and right at the front door.
