Boishakhi Mela 1426 (2019) in Melbourne, 10th April

Dear Respected Community Members,

The Boishakhi Mela 1425 (South Asian Festival 2018) held at Birrarung Marr, Batman Ave, Melbourne on April 21 2018 was the biggest Bangladeshi Event ever arranged in Melbourne.

We are delighted to announce it was a resounding success! We are proud to have lit up the Melbourne skyline for the very first time with our Fireworks display.

We have enjoyed incorporating the entire South Asian Community to together celebrate Bengali New Year.

It gives us immense pleasure to receive so much positive feedback from everyone including our special guests The Hon. Minister of Multicultural Affairs Mr. Robin Scott MP and Mr Julian Hill MP.

This event would simply not have been successful without our community participation and therefore, we would like to say THANK YOU! We would like to thank each and every one of you for attending, participating and supporting us at the event.

We hope you had an enjoyable time with your family and friends and that you made lots of good memories.

Your encouragement gives us the momentum to carry on our efforts. We look forward to your continued support in our future events.
