Breathwork & Sound Healing with Christian Dimarco in Melbourne, 25th August 2017

This will be a beautiful evening exploring consciousness using breath and sound.

You will be fully supported and guided into the practice of connected breathing. A powerful, safe and gentle breathing technique, it is a perpetual, unbroken breathing rhythm practiced with consciousness. This simple technique is a doorway to our subconscious and to becoming aware of all that may be hidden there.

This practice helps clear negative emotions and allows us to release limiting and sabotaging beliefs and gain access to our natural conscious state.

We are excited to announce that Christian Dimarco will be sharing his powerful sound healing gifts with us as we breathe.

Christian is a sound healer and music producer, with an affinity for wind instruments, the Didjeridu and throat singing.

Exploring sound through various instruments he merges knowledge of ancient and contemporary science into using sound as a tool of healing intentions.
