Celebration of International Mother language Day 2018, 24th February

We, Victorian Bangladeshi Community Foundation (VBCF) and Western Region Bangla School (WRBS, a sub organ of VBCF) with the support of Wyndham City Council and Victorian Multicultural Commission, are jointly hosting ” Celebration of International Mother Language Day 2018″

Event Date: Saturday 24 February 2018
Location: Encore Events Centre, 80 Derrimut Rd, Hoppers Crossing
Time: 10.45-4.30pm

The objective of this event is to celebrate IMLD 2018 with the wider community by engaging bilingual community language schools/organisationa/groups in Victoria. The event include the following activities:

# Parade with laying flower wreath
# Multicultural live performances-
*Aboriginal group
* Ghana 
* Greece
* Malaysia
* India
* Bangladesh
# Multicultural Flims
# Bilingual Book Fair
# Multicultural Foods and showcasing stalls for craft and clotes
# Kids activities: face paiting, baloon modellar, art and writing work shop, jumping castle and many more fun activities
