Chef Required

I have got an Indian Restaurant, which is up for sale at the moment but since the market so quite its not a good to sell and don't seem to getting much interest.

I am considering to change the restaurant to Australian cuisine, that's what for I am looking for a chef that could plan the menu take full responsibility for day to day operation, pay and conditions can be discussed after we meet not over the phone.

The restaurant is located in east side of Morley and has got plenty of parking, some should have plenty of experience in operating restaurant or caffe.
