Dosa and Idli batter, a South Indian breakfast delicacy

Hello Everyone , I make dosa and idli batter, a South Indian breakfast delicacy. Along with that I also make coconut chutney with corriander which my friends love a lot. The chutney is alway a hit. I also make sambar,i in South Indian style. I make both batters separately so you can taste the difference and also texture. Place your orders one day before so the batter is nicely fermented and ready to use.
