Dr Deepa Namjoshi

Dr Deepa Namjoshi has been in general dental practice for the past 24 years. She provides all aspects of family dental care and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry.

Dr Deepa is committed to continuing professional development and regularly attends courses to learn new techniques and procedures.

Dr Deepa ensures that the highest standard of dental care is provided to every patient. She takes special interest in helping nervous patients and children become confident of undertaking dental care in our practice.

She completed her initial training from the University of Mumbai (India) in 1992 following which she worked for a few years in a private dental practice in Mumbai. She moved to Australia in 1998. Dr Deepa completed a bridging program in the Adelaide Dental School, University of Adelaide, followed by the Australian Dental Council examination in Melbourne in 2000. She continued her training at the University of Adelaide and completed a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in 2001.

Dr Deepa worked as a general dentist in a private practice in Brisbane from 2001 to 2003. She was offered an overseas position with a private practice in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman where she worked from 2004 to 2006 and she gained valuable experience of working with people of various nationalities, backgrounds and cultures. Dr Deepa commenced practising at ‘Subi SmileMakers Dentist’ in 2008.
