Dr. Dilipan Shanmugam (Dr.Dilip) is an experienced UK trained GP, having completed his GP training in 2005 with MRGCP and practised as a General Practitioner in the United Kingdom until 2014, before moving to Australia. He enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a special interest in Diabetes, ENT Surgery and Heart Disease. He provides a broad range of medical services including assessment and management of patients with acute and chronic conditions, chronic disease management, workers compensation claims, minor surgical procedures, musculoskeletal injuries, preventative medicine, obesity, mental health, paediatrics, antenatal care, childhood and travel vaccinations. Dr. Dilip holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), in addition to diplomas in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and ENT, with postgraduate certificate in Diabetes Management. Dr Dilip is available for appointments 6 days a week (Mondays to Fridays 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 3pm). Fee Schedule - All patients will be privately charged. Children 5 years and under will be Bulk Billed between 10am and 3.45 pm on weekdays only. Pension card holders 65 years and older will receive a $10 discount between the hours of 10.00am and 3.45pm. DVA patients will be bulk billed*
Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will be charged a private fee as per practice policy.
