Dr.Gemunu hails from Sri Lanka, where he completed his basic medical training with MBBS from University of Ruhuna and internship in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology. He started his GP career in 2008, while serving as a medical officer in Anaesthesiology, Emergency and critical care in a tertiary care hospital where masses of war casualties were treated then. Fascinated by the variety of presentations encountered daily during his eleven years of tenure, Dr.Gemunu is interested in all aspects of general practice with a passion for Children’s health, Mental health, Chronic diseases, Sports medicine and Men’s health.
