Hello! I am Dr Hardik Solanki, affectionately known to my patients as "Henry". I hail from a cow-herding community from Gujarat, India. Challenging my career I then travelled to Northeastern China's Shenyang Medical College to attain my Bachelor of Medicine. Following this, I returned in 2011 to work with the Gujarat State's Health Department in various locations as a GP in association with non-government bodies including The World Health Organisation. During this time period I was the primary care provider and often times the only clinician for a sizeable populace, which provided me extensive experience in multiple aspects of family medicine.

In 2016, possessing a true passion of wandering and challenge my wife and myself left our stable government jobs for the exciting prospect of Australia. Here I met with Dr Floyd Gomes, whose charisma and infectious energy to create a positive impact on individual patients as well as the entire community attracted me to work for Atticus Regional Medicentre - Hastings. And rest is, as they say, history!

Besides English, I am well versed to talk in Mandarin Chinese, Hindi and Gujarati. I live locally with my family and outside the clinic pursue my passion for cars, motorcycles, books and travelling. I look forward to working with our team in Hastings to bring health and happiness to the community!
