Dr Jalal Khasanov is an incredibly experienced General Practitioner who is now running his own medical practice. Jalal feels that an important part of general practice is a holistic approach to patients, getting to know them, not just their problems, but their interests, families, etc as their health impacts on all areas of their lives and vice versa. He completed his internship and residency at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide then worked as a Registered Medical Officer for several years in main Adelaide Hospitals such as Royal Adelaide Hospital and Lyell McEwin Hospital where he gained knowledge and experience working in different medical fields. He then spent two years as a GP registrar working in rural South Australia, in Mannum, completing his Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2008. Jalal has a special interest in Chronic disease management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, COPD, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis etc), Preventative Medicine, Men’s Health issues. Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners 2008, Certificate in Dermoscopy and Skin Care Medicine 2019.
