Dr Singh is a General Adult psychiatrists. Having completed his medical degree and Psychiatry training in India, moved to Australia in 2006.

He was awarded the WPA Young Scientist Fellowship by the World Psychiatric Association. He has variety of experience in public and private sectors in acute, community and medico-legal areas.

“I believe in comprehensive psychosocial assessment and management of patients with mental health issues. My areas of interest include affective as well as psychotic disorders in particular complicated presentations of Bipolar disorder, PTSD as well as dual diagnosis presentations including addiction to substances.”

Dr Singh has publications in international peer reviewed journals and is a Conjoint Senior Lecturer with the University of Newcastle with a keen interest in teaching medical students and psychiatry trainees.

He also works as a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at The Hill Private Hospital.\

AFTER HOUR SERVICE FOR PATIENTS

Dr. Singh is available for after hours services for urgent patients on Saturdays. He works on weekdays till 5.00pm
