Dr Jihan Nitu has been practicing as a GP for 6 years, initially in Bangladesh for two years and in Australia since 2010. She completed her degree at Dhaka University, Bangladesh in 2004 and has a special interest in a variety of areas such as women’s' health, antenatal care, pediatrics, cardiology, chronic disease management and travel medicine. Jihan will also perform minor surgeries and is accredited to place Implanon birth control implants.

She loves to play music, particularly Bengali and Indian music.
