Dr. Mehnaz Hasan obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery qualification from the University of Melbourne, having previously completed a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Neuroscience, from the same institution. Having always lived and worked in Melbourne, Dr Hasan has relocated to Ballarat to provide comprehensive and tailored dental care to her new community. Known for her gentle nature, Dr Hasan is always striving to ensure everyone experiences a friendly, caring and stress-free trip to the dentist. Dr Hasan is interested in all areas of dentistry. She is particularly passionate about spreading oral health awareness. Dr Hasan believes an important part of her role is to help patients be well-equipped in matters of their own oral health. She has dedicated much of her time to organising and running a not-for-profit organisation that visits primary school classes across Victorian to promote basic oral health education. Dr Hasan loves working with the whole family, including children of all ages. She understands the importance of creating personalised treatment plans to meet individual needs and is always happy to spend time answering any queries you may have. Dr Hasan is committed to providing quality care. She regularly attends professional development seminars and workshops to ensure her skills are up to date and to the highest of standard.
