Dr Niraja Rajeevan graduated in 2004 in Russia and practiced medicine in Sri Lanka for 6 years. She moved to Australia in 2010. For the past 3 years she has worked in Queensland hospitals. She has now followed her dream to work in General Practice and has been practicing in the Townsville area for quite some time.

Dr Niraja also completed a Diploma of Child Health and has a particular interest in Paediatrics. She is experienced with Women's Health, Mental Health, Sexual Health, minor procedures, addiction medicine and aged care.

Dr Niraja believes the key to providing high quality healthcare is to take the necessary time to care for her patients in a thorough and comprehensive way.

She is a mother of 2 who enjoys spending time with her family and Interested in travelling, music and cooking.
