Dr Kapadia graduated with Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Jiwaji University, India in 1980. After graduation he did various rotations in hospitals for 5 years including posting in rural areas. Dr Kapadia has more than 10 years experience in general practice. He completed his Postgraduate studies and obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)in 2007. Dr Kapadia also holds a Diploma in Child Health 2017. He has also completed two courses in Skin Malignancy.

He has special interest in men's health, children's health, chronic disease management, preventive medicine and sexual health.

He speaks Gujarati and Hindi languages.
