Dr Sharmila completed her MBBS degree at the Australian National University in Canberra.

Sharmila has trained at Canberra Hospital in many disciplines of medicine including obstetrics & gynaecology, peadiatrics, psychiatry, geriatrics and emergency medicine before obtaining her GP fellowship.

Special interest areas: - Women's health - Antenatal care - Weight management -Children's health - Mental health - Chronic disease management.

In her spare time, Dr Sharmila enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time with her two young children.
