Dr Sunitha Job - Clinical Psychologist

Dr Sunitha Job is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and families presenting with a wide range of emotional difficulties and mental health struggles. She holds a Masters and Ph.D in Clinical Psychology and her Ph.D thesis was in the area of anxiety disorders.She has also been involved with the training of Clinical Psychology Masters students and is a  board approved supervisor.

She has special interest in developmental trauma( childhood experiences of abuse, neglect and attachment difficulties) and trauma related presentations in adults.She has also keen interest in Perinatal mental health, especially parent infant psychotherapy and attachment focused interventions. Her aim is to always tailor her treatment to the needs of her clients using a wide range of strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Trauma Informed Therapy.

Speaks Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
