Vasant graduated from Adelaide University in 2002 with a Bachelor degree in medicine and surgery and obtained a position as an intern at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. In 2006 Vasant moved to Melbourne to receive specialist GP training and received his RACGP fellowship in 2008. Vasant under went further study at the university of Queensland studying Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine. Vasant has worked in Adelaide, Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula and has a special interest in skin cancer medicine and preventative health care
