Hello, I have a punjabi kurti that needs to be shortened as the pants are too long. However the hem of the pants have a design on the border, so they cannot be altered in the normal way, the border needs to be removed and then the pants need to be shortened or they need to be shortened from around the waist. I have asked a few places previously but many have not responded, I was wondering if you might be able to help me in this regard?
