- 2 Passport size pictures
- Visa entitlement verification( for foreign passport holders) 
- ABN Number
- Current annual registration of certificate of Vehicle. Apply here...
- Full NSW Drivers Licence with a "Passenger Transport Licence Code" (PTLC). 
- NSW Driving Record, issued (within last 3 months). 
- Valid criminal background check (within last 3 months)
