Fourth Anniversary of Sankat Mochan Kendra in Melbourne, 17th June 2018

We are delighted to inform you that on 14 June 2018 your own Sankat Mochan Kendra will be 4 years old. We are going to celebrate this milestone on Sunday 17 June 2018 from 11.00 AM onwards till 2.00 PM.

It had been a pleasing and inspiring journey all the way through and the improvements which we even did not dream of, were very successfully implemented in the Centre by the grace of divine blessings. As we say, Param Ram Bhakta Shri Sankat Mochan Hanuman Ji, takes care of the proceedings and well being of the Kendra as a token of the blessings offered to the devotees and the well-wishers.

SMS is actively involved in Spiritual, Social Welfare and Educational activities. It is one of the most satisfying experiences to see young families visiting the temple and guiding the young children bowing to the respective deities, taking Aarati, applying tilak on the forehead and getting acquainted with the Puja rituals of our Hindu traditions.

In our own little way we are all trying to pass on the good traditions and habits of our spiritual and cultural inheritance to the young generation in a foreign land which to many of us is now our home land for generations to come.

1.00 PM to 2.00 PM – Mahaprasad -(Blessed Food)

It is a free event and you can join us at any time of your convenience during the day to enjoy and relish the activities filled with devotion and Hindu Traditions.
