Free Guided Meditation in Melbourne, 22nd July 2018

We warmly welcome you to our FREE Weekend Guided Meditation.

This will be regular (once-a-month) community gathering where we will come together as a group, meditate, share our experiences and most importantly know more about OUR TRUE SELF.

For this meetup (22/July/18), we will be conducting “360 Degrees” Meditation.

The 360 degrees awareness is experienced as the axis of a circle around the spine. It activates the higher chakras and is the basis for astral travel and telepathic communication with the higher masters.

The length of this meditation is about 1.5 hours so please feel free to bring your own cushions for support if necessary.
