For lunch 250 ml container dal ( tomato daal or palakura pappu or thotakura pappu or sorkaya pappu ) + one 650 ml container rice. For dinner one 250 ml container vegetarian curry ( aloo tomato green peas or dondakaya or beerakaya or eggplant or cabbage or cauliflower or beans or bottle guard or mixed vegetable curry etc) and one 650 ml container rice or 4 pulka.
