Join us on Friday 27 October for the Halloween Sessions, with two events back to back:

7.30pm – HALLOWEEN YIN and YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION

The sessions will dive deep into the darkness and explore the liminal time of All Hallow’s Eve, with a musical journey featuring tunes that only emerge once every year…

HALLOWEEN YIN and YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION: A Yin style practice followed by a deep Yoga Nidra Meditation guided by Angel to a soundtrack of ambient and meditative music curated by producer and DJ, SOLON.

The Future Sound of Yoga is a sensory experience fusing together yoga, movement and meditation to cutting edge music.
Angel guides the class whilst Matt, aka SOLON (music producer and DJ) creates a live soundtrack for the class to move to. The sounds range from electronica and deep house to more ambient and meditative tracks, using the best audio gear to generate quality sounds and bass that will vibrate through your body.

They have been running events since 2010 and have taken the experience to International music and yoga festivals, yoga schools and conferences.

SOLON, has also released a number of yoga mixes and ambient compositions specifically designed for yoga, meditation and savasana. His tracks and mixes have been streamed over 100,000 times across 56 countries around the world.
