Eating healthy and exercising regularly is an important part of healthy and happy life. Lifestyle changes and rapid increase in population suffering from chronic medical conditions calls for people to take control over their own actions.
Navpreet Kaur is the author of two Punjabi books that aim to offer people everyday solutions to improving health.
As a certified personal trainer, as well as an advocate for better wellbeing in the Punjabi community, Navpreet will be talking about the importance of healthy eating and exercise for one’s welfare.
