Hindu Heritage Camp for Children 2018 in Brisbane, 6th May

Namaste!

Vishva Hindu Parishad of Australia Inc – Queensland Chapter organising a Hindu Heritage Camp for Children on Sunday 6th May 2018 from 8.30AM to 5.00PM.

This camp is for children aged from 4 to 15 years. The main focus of this camp is let children learn about Hindu Cultural Heritage in a fun-filled environment. All the teachers are parent volunteers of Bala Samskar Kendra Queensland, who run Hindu Scripture classes for the children.

This year, the theme is “Acharya Devo Bhava”. This is in continuation to our last year’s theme “Mathru Devo Bhava Pithru Devo Bhava”.

Children get to learn:
* Krishna – The Jagath Guru
* Respecting Acharyas and Gurus
* Duties of Son/Daughter
* Family and Community Harmony
* Teachings of Swami Vivekananda
* Gurukul Life
* Shlokas and
* Much More

The registration fee (as below) can be paid at the venue on the day of camp.
* $25 per child, $15 for Siblings

Vegetarian morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided for all the registrants
